The city of Yermo is an unincorporated area in the county of San Bernardino, California located at the midway point between the cities of Los Angeles and Las Vegas (145 miles each way).  The city of Barstow, which is approximately 10 miles to the South, has experienced vast growth and is home of two major outlet malls in addition to a variety of new retail establishments, restaurants, and residential developments with thousands more underway.

The proposed development site consists of approximately 60 acres of land (zoned Commercial Highway) and fronts southbound traffic at the Ghost Town Road Exit on the heavily traveled I-15 Freeway.
